Trailer matching
Most transportables suit a low loader or an extendable drop deck depending on length and height. The low deck helps with the 3.5m+ overall height, and the extendable deck handles long modular units. Wide buildings over 3.5m need a permit and usually a pilot.
Permit and escort
Width over 2.5m and height over 4.3m both trigger a permit — and most transportables hit both. Width 3.0–3.5m typically needs a permit and one pilot; over 3.5m the escort and route requirements step up. We check overhead clearances on the route, especially under bridges and at the site entry.
Site access
Portable building delivery is as much about the site as the road. We check the access — overhead power lines, narrow lanes, tight turns and the final placement position — before we quote. Many deliveries need the building tilted or skated into position, which we plan with the site.
